Jeep Grand Cherokee is a great winter option

There are a lot of similarities between an Iowa winter and a New England Winter. One thing can help navigate both, the 2017 Jeep Grand Cherokee.

The New England Motor Press Association named the 2017 Grand Cherokee the official winter vehicle of New England at the Annual Winter Vehicle Competition. In addition to its four 4x4 options, the Grand Cherokee has a 3.0-liter clean EcoDiesel engine with an eight-speed transmission.

Also honored at the event were the 2017 Chrysler Pacifica as Best in Class Minivan, the 2017 Jeep Cherokee Trailhawk as Best in Class Compact Affordable SUV Crossover and the 2017 Dodge Charger as the most Affordable All-Wheel drive Sedan.

The 2017 Grand Cherokee is one of the most awarded sport utility vehicles made and has defined what a premium SUV should be.

"The Jeep Grand Cherokee faced tough competition, but ultimately was named NEMPA’s Official Winter Vehicle of New England due to its ability to go anywhere, selection of engine choices and its ‘just-right’ size,” said John Paul, NEMPA president. “The Grand Cherokee is no stranger to winning the coveted NEMPA winter vehicle award, having won several times in the past five years.”
